Pool and Spa Solutions LLC provides pool and spa cleaning and maintenance service in the Tri-Cities area of Washington State. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and who sees it.

When you request a free estimate or contact us through this site, we ask for your name, phone number, and the service you need. Some forms also ask for your email address, your city, and a short message about your pool or spa. We only collect what you type into these forms. We do not use a payment or account system on this site.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule service. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your form submission is delivered to us through a form delivery service, which passes your message to our inbox.
Before a form is sent, this site runs an automated check from Google reCAPTCHA to screen out spam and bots. Google reCAPTCHA looks at how you interact with the page to produce a score. It does not see the content of your message. Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, like most websites. We do not share your information with any other company, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging pool and spa service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
