He built his craft in one of the most demanding pool markets in the country, learning every aspect of water chemistry, equipment care, and seasonal service.
Over time, Luis brought that Southern California expertise to the Pacific Northwest, establishing Pool and Spa Solutions LLC as a trusted name across the Tri-Cities, WA region. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a reliable service partner for homeowners throughout Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and beyond.
